Suite 3, 11 Morrison Street, inside historic Gibsons Mill near Hobart’s waterfront and Salamanca Place.
Do I need a booking?
No, walk-ins are welcome. For larger groups, send a reservation request online or call 03 6169 2286.
What do you serve?
By day: toasted bagels, pancakes, power bowls, lunch specials, espresso, matcha and iced drinks. At the evening bar: house cocktails, Tasmanian wine, and local beer and cider.
What time does breakfast finish at Atrio?
Breakfast, brunch and lunch are served right through the kitchen’s hours, Monday to Friday, 7am–2pm. We do not close breakfast earlier in the day.
Is Atrio licensed?
Yes. There are eight house cocktails, Tasmanian wine, and local beer and cider. The bar is open Thursday to Sunday, 4pm until midnight, and drinks packages are available for private events.

Are you open on weekends?
For drinks, yes. The bar is open Thursday to Sunday from 4pm until midnight. The kitchen runs Monday to Friday, 7am–2pm, so there’s no weekend breakfast or lunch service.
